This contest really made me think what that one thing which
matters to me most is and I came to a conclusion that “All that matters to me is happiness”. What I find in every moment
of life and after achieving my goals is happiness. From small things to big all
that matters is happiness.
When I was in school I wanted to be a programmer. After
doing my 12th in science stream I gave entrance test of DCE (Delhi
Collage of engineering) and IP University. I got low rank in both entrances and
I didn’t got the admission. Then I took admission in B.Sc(H) course in Delhi University.
I started going to college made friends but still something was missing I was
not happy. What was missing was my
ambition to become a programmer. I was unable to concentrate on my studies and
was always thinking about it. Then I decided that I will give the entrance test
again and this time I will study hard. I started studying for the entrance once
again. My determination to become a programmer made me study for many hours at
night, and finally I got admission in IP University. I was very happy. The happiness which I felt after getting
the admission was something great, a great feeling that mattered to me most
at that moment. I successfully completed my B.Tech in (Information Technology)
and I have worked as a programmer in Rolta India Limited.
After, my B.Tech I was doing my MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. I
met a girl and I liked her and wanted to get married to her. I always thought
how I will convince my parents it is always a tough task. One day I took a bold
step and told my parents. They agreed and suddenly Manglik issue came up. There
was a no from both sides. I was not at
all happy. Months passed we were still meeting each other and are happy together.
We decided that we will talk once again with our parents, we told them what
will happen to us will be our fate and succeeded in convincing them. We got
recently married on 28th April, 2013. All that mattered to us was the feeling of happiness and togetherness
which we felt after marriage.
All that mattered to
me was happiness.
